Bruce and his team were all great! We had new floors put in our 2 bathrooms just over 2 years ago, and they were not done correctly, and looked poorly. Bruce gave us a great price and we have seen his work at a friend's house, so we knew he would do it correctly. They removed the floors in both the guest and primary bathrooms and completed the floor in the guest bathroom the first day, and then completed the flooring in the primary bathroom on day two. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! We had Gainey Flooring Solutions replace our carpet and old tile floors throughout the downstairs with large format Italian tile, and also to redo the bathroom, removing the tub and placing a shower. We used a combination of marble and glass tile in the shower and it looks beautiful. The shower head that Bruce recommended is 10/10! Bruce was a pleasure to work with, very prompt, great on the timeline, and followed through with each step. He really helped our vision come to reality and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process and results. His team, Luis and Alex, were great- they were very exact in the work they did, trustworthy, and sought our feedback and input throughout. We highly recommend Gainey Flooring Solutions and we are looking forward to additional renovations with them! We recently retained Gainey Flooring Solutions to replace the slate tile on our outdoor patio with large format porcelain tile.  Bruce was a pleasure to work with - very prompt - extremely professional - and very engaged from beginning to end.  The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. Gainey Flooring competed the tiling of our living and dining room, kitchen and family room as well as all the hallways and bathrooms. Bruce, Luis and his team did an outstanding job. Bruce also arranged for new baseboards to be installed and painted. Everyone connected with this project was obliging, professional and responsive to our all requests. Bruce and his team were incredible in removing old carpet from our guestroom and matching the exact wood look porcelain tile the majority of our first floor already had. They also re-did our entire powder room and it looks excellent. The house looks complete now. They were timely and communicated effectively as well as being transparent and up-front about timeline and pricing. Cannot say enough good things about their work and every subcontractor that was involved in the jobs.
